HELPFUL HINTS
- Check and Change filters on a regular basis! A dirty filter will slow down air flow, making both the furnace work harder to heat and the AC work harder to cool.
- If your home is equipped with a furnace make sure your carbon monoxide detector is working properly.
- Replace batteries in your thermostat and smoke detectors every year.
- Rinse off outside condensers with water hose at the beginning of every season to help prevent build up and corrosion.
